Qualifications:

• For music instructors: 2 years or more of experience teaching your instrument privately (or teaching your topic)
• For faux painters: 2 years or more of faux painting experience
• Proficiency in playing your instrument at a professional level (or professional experience in your topic)
• Some experience in public speaking or teaching in front of groups
• Someone who believes in our seminar teaching system and can communicate this with enthusiasm and conviction
• Someone with a strong sense of ethics

Job Description:

You will be teaching very basic 2.5 hour seminars to beginners. Our classes are all ONE time seminars designed to get people started on a topic of their interest. These classes will be sponsored by colleges or recreation programs in your area. You will be an independent contractor operating your own business. This will require being a self-starter, the ability to work without immediate supervision and organizational skills. You will have to keep track of your own inventory and book-keeping. After we set you up in a location it will also be your responsibility to keep these classes going and reschedule these classes 3 or 4 times a year. Your teaching will involve some travel so you will need your own transportation.
